Our Story: From Public Service to Exceptional Pool Care
Founded in 2018 by Tom and Kim Campbell, Firehouse Pools was built on a foundation of integrity, hard work, and a commitment to our community.
Tom’s background as a firefighter for over 20 years instilled in him a meticulous attention to detail and a “service-first” mindset. Kim brought her 25 years of experience in the financial industry to ensure the business operates with transparency and professionalism. Together, they have grown a small family venture into a premier service provider, officially recognized as an authorized service warranty provider for industry leaders Hayward Pool Products, Pentair Pool and Paramount Pool and Spa Systems.

As Tom and Kim’s daughter, Stephanie is the heart of our office operations. She manages our service shop, handles all client communications, and goes above and beyond to ensure our customers have everything they need. Stephanie spends her down time playing music and enjoying time with her wife and two dogs. - Avery | Office Assistant
Avery joined our team this year and has helped create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. She is eager to expand her comprehension of the pool industry and how she can help provide the best service to our customers. Avery enjoys antiquing on the weekends and taking care of her two cats. - Matt | Maintenance Manager
With over ten years of experience in the swimming pool industry, Matt brings a wealth of technical knowledge to every job site. He is always ready for any task given to him and exceeds what is asked of him at every job. When he isn’t balancing pool chemicals, he manages his own music promotion company. - Duncan | Service Manager
Tom and Kim’s nephew represents the next generation of our family business. Duncan joined us in 2023 and has rapidly advanced through industry certifications. He is excellent at problem solving and paying attention to the details. In his spare time, Duncan enjoys playing Magic the Gathering and spending time with his loved ones. - Hunter | Senior Technician
Hunter is in his third year with us and has evolved into a top-tier technician who consistently exceeds client expectations. He is always looking to learn new skills within the industry and help the company continue to grow. Hunter often enjoys spending time with friends and working on cars. - Ricky, Devon & Daniel | Maintenance Technician
Ricky is Tom and Kim’s nephew and is going into his second year with us. He brings a passion for craftsmanship and a strong work ethic to every project. His positive attitude keeps our team motivated and ready to go every day. After work, you can almost always find Ricky outside fishing and enjoying nature. Devon is our newest member of the team. He is extremely dependable and eager to learn everything he can. Daniel is in his first year with us and is always excited to increase his knowledge on the ins and outs of the industry.
