Our Story: From Public Service to Exceptional Pool Care

Founded in 2018 by Tom and Kim Campbell, Firehouse Pools was built on a foundation of integrity, hard work, and a commitment to our community.

Tom’s background as a firefighter for over 20 years instilled in him a meticulous attention to detail and a “service-first” mindset. Kim brought her 25 years of experience in the financial industry to ensure the business operates with transparency and professionalism. Together, they have grown a small family venture into a premier service provider, officially recognized as an authorized service warranty provider for industry leaders Hayward Pool Products, Pentair Pool and Paramount Pool and Spa Systems.

  • Stephanie | Service Shop Manager
    As Tom and Kim’s daughter, Stephanie is the heart of our office operations. She manages our service shop, handles all client communications, and goes above and beyond to ensure our customers have everything they need.
  • Matt | Senior Technician
    With over 10 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, Matt brings a wealth of technical knowledge to every job site. When he isn’t balancing pool chemicals, he manages his own music promotion company.
  • Duncan | Lead Technician
    Tom and Kim’s nephews represent the next generation of our family business. Duncan joined us in 2023 and has rapidly advanced through industry certifications.
  • Hunter & Elijah | Service Technicians
    Hunter is in his third year with us and has evolved into a top-tier technician who consistently exceeds client expectations. Elijah, our newest team member, has quickly become a client favorite for his reliability and positive attitude.
  • Ricky | Maintenance Technician Ricky brings a passion for craftsmanship and a tireless work ethic to every project.
